Suns fall to the Pacers
The Phoenix Suns lost their eighth consecutive road game last night by falling to the Indiana Pacers 116 – 97.
The Suns fought to stay in the game for three quarters, then Paul George happened. The All-Star George poured in nine of his 21-points in the fourth quarter and the Pacers outscored the Suns 36 – 21 to close the door.
As Suns head coach Jeff Hornacek said, “We couldn’t score.”
The Suns were lead in scoring by Devin Booker and Mirza Teletovic with 19 points each and P.J. Tucker added 10 rebounds.
Markieff Morris also saw twenty- seven minutes of playing time and contributed 16 points.
