He’s Back. Cowboys Jason Whitten
After retiring a year ago, Jason Witten is retiring again, but this time from the ESPN Monday Night booth and will be returning to the football field for the Dallas Cowboys.
The 11-time Pro-Bowler will return for a 1-year deal worth $3.5 million.
“The fire inside me to compete and play this game is just burning too strong.” Whitten said. “I’m looking forward to getting back in the dirt.”
Whitten initially retired with 1,152 receptions and 12,448 receiving yards.
